Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Return and Refund Policy”.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.


Return & Refund

  1. In what scenarios can I request for a refund or replacement?
    Refund or exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
    • If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
    • if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered
  2. How can I request for a refund or replacement for my purchases?
    Windmill Irrigation shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us by Whatsapp your order number to (006) 014-309 9239 within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products.

We will contact the Customer within seven (7) days after receipt of the completed order information by whatsapp form. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.

In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us by phone (006) 014-309 9239.

  1. What if the order which I have received is incomplete/ inaccurate?
    • If a Product which was ordered is not included in the delivery, Windmill Irrigation shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
    • If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, Windmill Irrigation shall collect the Product from the Customer.
    • If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Windmill Irrigation shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.

In some rare cases, there may be minor differences or defects on the product packaging. In the case where the differences or defect does not affect product usage, refund will not be possible.

All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. Windmill Irrigation shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. What is the standard delivery lead-time?
    For order placed before 12:00PM, please allow three (3) to five (5) working days for West Malaysia and six (6) to ten (10) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for processing from the date of Windmill Irrigation order acceptance’s confirmation.
  2. Where can I deliver my orders?
    At this juncture, delivery service is extended to Malaysia only.

Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

  1. Can I change my address upon placing my order?
    We regret to inform you that we are unable to support any changes to the chosen delivery location once the order has been confirmed. Hence, we would like to remind you to review your details carefully before submitting your payment.
  2.  Can I cancel a paid order?
    Prior to placing your order, you will be able to view the contents and total amount in your shopping cart. Once the order number is generated, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. Hence, we would like to remind you to review your order carefully before submitting your payment.
  3. Can I choose my preferred courier service company?
    Your Order will be delivered to you via the our appointed 3rd party courier service so customer is unable to choose their preferred courier.
  4. Why is my order cancelled?
    Windmill Irrigation reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
  5. Is there any insurance coverage for the products during the delivery?

Yes. Our 3rd party courier service is covered up to RM200 insurance cover for the lost parcel. If you wish to increase the insurance premium you may contact us before placing order. In the event, any missing parcel, we will contact our 3rd party courier service and ask for the refund, the refund process may takes up to 14working days.

Order & Payment

  1. What modes of payment do you accept for online orders?
    Windmill Irrigation accepts payment by FPX or direct payment transfer.

    Yes. To enable you to shop with peace of mind, we have implemented industry-standard measures to protect your information.

To keep your payment details secure, we have chosen to partner with iPay88 which is compliance with the International Security Standards (PCI DSS 1). For that reason, customers can be certain of iPay88 security and database management. iPay88 is also notified as Online Payment Switching Gateway by Bank Negara Malaysia under payment system act in year 2006.

  1. Is there any warranty period for the products ordered?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to give any warranty for the products you ordered. Hence once you received your order, if any damage or item not functions / not complete, please inform us within 5days, we will either refund/ replace/ exchange back to you after investigation.
